By accessing or using the Intelligent Demand Partners platform, software, services, or related tools, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

 
1. Consent Based Platform Only
Intelligent Demand Partners operates strictly as a consent based marketing and communication platform.

All outreach conducted through the platform must be sent only to individuals who have provided prior express consent or prior express written consent where required by law.

At no time does Intelligent Demand Partners permit or support unsolicited messaging, spam, robocalls, or unlawful outreach.

 
2. Nature of the Service
Intelligent Demand Partners provides technology designed to identify online interest signals and assist businesses in engaging prospects who have opted in or granted permission to be contacted.

The platform does not sell leads, provide scraped data, or generate non consent contacts.

All communications initiated through the system are controlled and approved by the Partner.

 
3. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing performance is not guaranteed.

Identified prospects may be in early research or education phases and may not be ready to purchase immediately.

Results vary based on industry, follow up practices, offer quality, budget, timing, market conditions, and compliance adherence.

 
4. Partner Responsibilities
By using the platform, you agree to:

• Contact only individuals who have provided valid consent
• Maintain documentation of consent when required
• Comply with TCPA, CTIA, CAN SPAM, and all applicable laws
• Include opt out instructions where required
• Honor opt out requests immediately
• Use the platform ethically and lawfully

You are solely responsible for your communication practices and records of consent.

 
5. Messaging and Communication Compliance
You acknowledge and agree that:

• Intelligent Demand Partners does not initiate outbound communication without Partner direction
• All messages, calls, and emails are sent at the Partner’s instruction
• You are the sender of record for all communications

Intelligent Demand Partners is not responsible for regulatory violations resulting from improper consent, misuse, or non compliant outreach.

 
6. AI and Automation Disclosure
The platform uses artificial intelligence and automation to assist with message handling, timing, and responses.

AI output is probabilistic and may not always be accurate.

All AI generated content must be reviewed by the Partner prior to use.

AI content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

 
7. Data and Privacy
We process data solely for the purpose of providing services to Partners.

We do not sell personal data.

Partners remain the data controller for all contacts they upload or engage.

Intelligent Demand Partners acts as a data processor only.

 
8. Payment Terms
All fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.

Payments are non refundable once services are activated.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of service.

 
9. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Upon cancellation, system access may be removed and data deleted.

 
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelligent Demand Partners shall not be liable for:

• Regulatory penalties
• TCPA or messaging violations
• Lost revenue or profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the thirty days preceding any claim.

 
11. Intellectual Property
All software, systems, workflows, automations, dashboards, and proprietary processes remain the property of Intelligent Demand Partners.

Access is granted as a limited, non transferable license during an active subscription.

 
12. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for:

• Non payment
• Suspected non compliant activity
• Abuse or misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms

 
13. Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

 
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Mobile Messaging Terms

Once you send “STOP,” we will send an SMS to confirm your unsubscribe request and you will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, sign up again through our website or text “JOIN” to our number and we will resume sending messages.

3. Help / support

4. Message and data rates
